At BasisPoint, I focus on the intersection of data processing, analysis, and reporting for investments and financial positions. I combine this with my knowledge and experience in the financial sector, particularly the pension sector, to help clients create customized solutions, where data is translated into insights through dynamic dashboards and applications.
I use my experience and in-depth knowledge of investments, financial markets, derivatives, portfolio management, risk management and Python within BasisPoint to devise tailor-made SaaS solutions with clients. So that asset management, risk management and/or governance of institutional investors have appropriate, fast and robust solutions at their disposal.
With my experience and in-depth knowledge of quantitative finance, strong programming skills in Python and C++, and extensive experience with the QuantLib financial library, I have the lead for setup, maintenance and deployment of financial calculation software within BasisPoint. In doing so, I form the basis for the calculation functionalities that are part of the SaaS solutions that BasisPoint provides to its customers.
My many years of experience in asset and risk management for institutional investors, I now apply at BasisPoint to further align our technical solutions with the needs of institutional investors. In addition, I also serve as a content sparring partner for our clients.
